Draftsman – Interior Fit‑out Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to produce accurate shop drawings for interior fit‑out and construction projects. You will translate approved designs into detailed technical drawings ready for site execution or manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop, technical and design development drawings based on approved designs and specifications.
• Review architectural plans, elevations and sections to ensure accuracy, consistency and coordination across all drawings.
• Identify discrepancies in contract drawings, raise RFIs and coordinate with designers, engineers, MEP coordinators and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision logs and as‑built records, and manage submission cycles with consultants and clients.
• Support material submittals, samples and mock‑ups by providing necessary technical documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an architectural, interior design, consultancy, furniture or fit‑out company; 6 + years preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities with multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with 2D/3D visualization tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop.
