Duty Engineer

About the role

The Duty Engineer is responsible for monitoring and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance within Accor’s hospitality facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical faults or equipment failures promptly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce risk of breakdowns and respond quickly to emergencies following protocols.
• Keep detailed records of equipment status, maintenance work, and incidents.
• Coordinate with other departments to address operational and technical needs and support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related Engineering field.
• Relevant technical certifications such as HVAC, electrical safety or mechanical maintenance.
• Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of engineering systems.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
