About the role
Rixos Al Mairid is looking for a proactive Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and act as the property representative when senior management is absent.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise hotel departments during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operational flow.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and service requests promptly.
- Liaise with department heads to coordinate seamless service delivery.
- Respond to emergencies, manage incidents and document them accurately.
- Compile shift reports and communicate key updates to management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Duty Manager or similar Front Office supervisory role in a luxury hotel.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and guest‑relations abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
