E-Commerce Assistant

About the role

An E-Commerce Assistant is needed to support the day-to-day management and growth of e-commerce websites and marketplace channels. The role focuses on e-commerce operations, digital marketing, SEO, website management and marketplace growth, working closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• E-commerce operations: manage product listings, descriptions, prices, images, inventory and online orders, and resolve product, order, payment or website issues
• Marketplaces: help manage Amazon, Noon and other platforms, upload listings, monitor performance and support promotions and campaigns
• Websites: maintain Shopify and other sites, create product pages, collections and banners, make basic changes with HTML, CSS and Liquid, and check for broken links and errors
• Promotions: set up discounts, campaigns and sales, support email marketing and social media, and coordinate creatives with the design team
• Reporting: track revenue, orders, conversion rate, traffic, ROAS and AOV, analyze trends and keep dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets
• General support: coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, sales and marketing teams and own assigned tasks

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO or website management preferred
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and SEO, with good analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills

Required skills

• Good understanding of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Basic HTML and CSS; knowledge of Liquid or JavaScript is an advantage
• Basic SEO and keyword research
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads or Meta Ads is an advantage
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and Noon is a plus
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
