E-Commerce Assistant – Lifestyle & Fragrance

About the role

The client in Dubai seeks an E‑Commerce Assistant to optimise and scale online sales channels for lifestyle, perfume and fragrance products. You will drive digital revenue by managing platform operations, executing targeted marketing campaigns and improving the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day backend operations of e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon and Noon, ensuring flawless functionality, UX and mobile responsiveness.
• Manage product listings, update digital assets (images, banners) and coordinate inventory accuracy and pricing across multiple sales channels.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including paid advertising on Google Ads and Facebook Ads, email marketing and SEO to increase organic and paid traffic.
• Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to track user behaviour, monitor KPIs (traffic, conversion rate, bounce rate) and conduct A/B testing to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, inventory and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing, shipping and delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce management or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate website metrics into actionable strategies.

Required skills

• Proficiency with e‑commerce CMS platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon).
• Experience with CRM tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• SEO and SEM expertise.
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaign management.
• Google Analytics and A/B testing.
