E-Commerce Manager - Dermatological Beauty

About the role

L'Oréal is looking for an E-Commerce Manager for its Dermatological Beauty portfolio in the UAE. You will steer commercial partnerships across regional pure players and export markets, accelerate digital growth and report to the Business Unit Director. The role covers joint business planning, commercial negotiations and full account P&L ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead joint business planning and commercial negotiations with key accounts such as Amazon MENA, aligning terms, margins and investments with Group revenue growth principles
• Own the account P&L end-to-end, driving net sales value, gross margin and sell-in/sell-out performance
• Define promotional strategies and discount corridors to protect brand equity and avoid channel conflict with partner pharmacies
• Direct retail media investments with digital marketing teams to optimise ROAS and scale shopper acquisition
• Work with Supply Chain on rolling demand forecasts to secure inventory and service levels on core products
• Guide digital shelf execution with E-Activation teams to improve search visibility, content quality and conversion

Required profile

• Proven track record leading joint business planning, contract terms and margin management with pure players or e-retailers
• Strong understanding of commercial drivers, promotional ROI and pricing corridors
• Demonstrated ability in collaborative sales forecasting and resolving supply constraints
• Ability to align sales, marketing and supply chain teams around commercial targets
