Early Years School Principal (Female) – Ajman

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Early Years School Principal to lead our new, modern school in Ajman. The role is urgent and requires immediate relocation. The successful candidate will oversee a spacious campus with state‑of‑the‑art classrooms and a vibrant team of teachers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management of the Early Years school.
• Lead, mentor and develop teaching staff to deliver high‑quality early childhood education.
• Ensure implementation of the EYFS curriculum and maintain compliance with UK educational standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Collaborate with senior management on school development and expansion plans.

Required profile

• Degree in Education (EYFS degree preferred) or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years experience as a principal in a nursery or kindergarten.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
• Outstanding practitioner with a passion for children’s learning.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Native British English speaker and UK national.
