Early Years Teacher – Foundation Stage

About the role

Wesgreen International School in Sharjah is seeking enthusiastic Foundation Stage/Early Years teachers to join a GEMS Education school that values high academic standards, computational thinking, social‑emotional learning and inclusivity. The successful candidate will deliver the British Early Years curriculum and support students’ holistic development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Foundation Stage lessons in line with the British curriculum.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to support learning.
• Collaborate closely with parents and colleagues to foster a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• A degree‑level teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent) specialising in Early Years.
• Minimum two years of experience teaching Foundation Stage or Early Years in a British‑curriculum setting.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding teaching and learning.
• Desire to work in a world‑class school with clear career development prospects.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative and enthusiastic approach both inside and outside the classroom.
