E‑Commerce Accountant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Accountant to oversee all financial activities linked to our online sales channels, including Amazon, Noon, Shopify and other marketplaces. The role ensures accurate billing, timely collections, and precise inventory and account reconciliations to support smooth month‑end closing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare billing and invoices for e‑commerce platforms based on monthly sales data.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and manage collections.
• Perform stock reconciliation with marketplace partners.
• Conduct account reconciliations and generate related financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of online sales, returns and adjustments.
• Support day‑to‑day e‑commerce accounting operations and month‑end activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail or distribution.
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Amazon, Noon or Shopify.
• Strong knowledge of account and inventory reconciliation and collections.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting systems.
• Effective communication and organizational abilities.
