E‑commerce Manager

About the role

An established UAE group is launching a new brand and needs a hands‑on E‑commerce Manager to own its online growth from day one. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for online revenue, the Shopify store and in‑house paid media, shaping the channel at an early stage.

Key responsibilities

• Own online revenue, budgets and targets for ROAS and CAC.
• Plan, build and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, testing new channels.
• Set creative direction for ads and produce fast‑turnaround assets using AI tools.
• Manage the Shopify store daily and improve conversion across the funnel.
• Drive repeat purchases and subscription growth through email and SMS flows.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and demand forecasts.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, IT, Fulfilment and Customer Service teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads with budget accountability.
• Strong Shopify experience and solid understanding of the full online funnel.
• Daily practical use of AI tools for creative, copy, analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose performance changes without pre‑built dashboards.
• Proactive, test‑driven mindset and strong sense of ownership.
