Education Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an Education Consultant to guide prospective students through the entire enrollment journey, from selecting programmes to securing visas. The role involves close collaboration with partner institutions and marketing teams to boost student recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on educational plans, programme selection and goal clarification.
• Support students through decision‑making, application processes and visa documentation.
• Coordinate with schools, colleges and universities to ensure timely admissions and arrange orientations.
• Verify accuracy of all student application information.
• Lead marketing and recruitment activities for partner institutions.
• Organise and attend education fairs, seminars and trade events locally and abroad.
• Generate and follow up on leads from events.
• Identify and vet potential academic partners and student prospects.
• Provide marketing trip reports, student choice analyses and fair outcomes.
• Develop strategies to maximise enrolment, student satisfaction and retention.
• Respond promptly to partner and student inquiries.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience in international education and student recruitment.
• Background in developing marketing materials and strategies.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Organisational initiative and teamwork across time zones.
• Creative problem‑solving with independent judgment.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
