Educational Consultant – B2B Growth

About the role

Peergrowth is seeking an Educational Consultant to drive B2B growth of its AI‑powered skill‑tech programmes across schools and educational institutions in the UAE and GCC. The role is full‑time, on‑site in Dubai and focuses on partnership development, market expansion and sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities with schools, corporates and community organisations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research, develop proposals and deliver compelling business pitches.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure, using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and operations teams to align offerings with client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in educational consulting, business development and B2B sales within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills with senior education decision‑makers.
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field.
• Established network in the UAE education sector and a valid UAE driving licence.
