Electrical Designer & Engineer

About the role

PES Engineering, part of the Engineering Division of PES (a company founded in 1979), is hiring electrical designers and engineers in Abu Dhabi. It is a multidisciplinary engineering company with more than 200 professionals delivering over 200,000 engineering hours per year, operating in the oil and gas, power generation, renewable energy, chemical, petrochemical and automotive sectors.

Required profile

• Experience preparing single line diagrams, electrical schematics, MTOs, electrical layouts, installation details, panel schedules and interconnection drawings.
• Strong experience developing 3D models of electrical equipment, cable trays, lighting systems and related components, including library and attribute management to client requirements.
• Experience preparing weight control reports for the electrical discipline, including bulk materials.
• Participation in 3D model reviews with clients and independent management of assigned activities are a strong advantage.
• Lighting calculation experience is an advantage.
