About the role
This is a full‑time on‑site position for an Electrical Site Engineer working on overhead transmission lines above 220 kV. The role involves managing projects on‑site, coordinating with stakeholders, ensuring quality control, and providing structural engineering expertise while leading a team of electrical engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Manage on‑site project execution for overhead transmission lines.
- Communicate and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Oversee quality control and structural engineering aspects.
- Lead and supervise a team of electrical engineers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure projects for overhead transmission lines, including at least 3 years in the UAE.
- Proficiency with project management tools and techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, manage multiple stakeholders and travel as required.
