Electrical Engineer (UAE Nationals)

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, focusing on power and telecom systems for UAE nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and apply Dubai, Abu Dhabi and KSA authority guidelines, standards, and requirements.
• Develop designs for primary substations, EHV/HV/LV corridors, distribution and pocket substations, feeder pillars, and service turrets up to 33 kV.
• Perform power calculations, prepare reports, and produce single‑line diagrams and load schedules.
• Design telecom infrastructure including ducts, manholes and assess GSM tower coverage.
• Design street lighting systems, conduct lighting calculations, and coordinate with civil, road, transportation, landscape and building teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong background in infrastructure engineering and experience with utility projects from concept to IFC stage.

Required skills

• Substation and power network design (EHV, HV, LV).
• Electrical calculations and load scheduling.
• Report writing and preparation of single‑line diagrams.
• Telecom network design, duct and manhole layout, GSM coverage analysis.
• Street lighting design and lighting calculations.
