Electrical Engineering Manager

About the role

The Electrical Engineering Manager will supervise multiple proposals and projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and effective team performance across the Sharjah office.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise 1‑4 proposals and 1‑3 projects, ensuring technical excellence and quality.
• Lead recruitment, conduct technical interviews and plan engineering manpower resources.
• Establish performance criteria, develop team competency and conduct internal quality audits.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers, designers, project control, construction and commissioning teams.
• Participate in contract review, design reviews, SAFOP and constructability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with company ISO and quality procedures and manage risk/reward studies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of detailed design engineering experience in consultancy or EPC for petrochemical/oil‑and‑gas projects.
• At least 5 years in a managerial position supervising electrical engineers.
• Strong knowledge of IEC, BS, IEEE, API and other international codes and standards.
