About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Homeroom Teacher for elementary grades K‑5 to create a positive learning environment and deliver a comprehensive instructional program.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver lesson plans, assessments, and praise to support student learning.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet diverse student needs and interests.
- Observe and evaluate students' academic performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
- Participate in professional meetings, conferences, and training workshops to maintain and improve competence.
- Plan and supervise class projects, field trips, guest speaker sessions, and other experiential activities.
- Foster a well‑rounded, inclusive classroom climate.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar teaching role.
- BE.d. qualification.
- Desirable: PGCE, QTS, or a recognized teaching licence.
