Elite Relationship Manager

About the role

Arab Bank is seeking an Elite Relationship Manager to deliver tailored financial solutions to its high‑net‑worth (HNW) client base. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and providing comprehensive advisory services across investment and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial services solutions to HNW clients and identify new acquisition opportunities.
• Broaden existing client relationships through higher share‑of‑wallet and cross‑sell ratios.
• Develop customized financial plans based on client risk profiles and conduct quarterly reviews with annual rebalancing.
• Research competitive offerings, gather client feedback, and propose new product ideas.
• Deliver proactive, high‑level customer service through calls and visits, and mentor Assistant Relationship Managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university; professional certifications such as CF21 or CFA are a plus.
• 2‑4 years of relationship‑management and sales experience in a leading international or regional private bank.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (where relevant) with strong communication and networking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
