Emergency Medicine Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Specialist to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. The role involves delivering high-quality emergency care, assessing and stabilising critically ill or injured patients, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced emergency department.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with acute illnesses and traumatic injuries.
• Provide immediate life-saving interventions and emergency treatment.
• Perform emergency procedures in line with established clinical guidelines.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise junior medical staff and contribute to clinical education when required.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, hospital policies and international patient safety standards.
• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with a specialization in Emergency Medicine.
• Relevant post-qualification experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Excellent clinical decision-making and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
