About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care, including assessment, triage, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Deliver timely interventions following evidence‑based emergency guidelines and clinical pathways.
• Administer medications and manage emergency equipment efficiently to ensure patient safety.
• Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, escalating critical cases promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with organizational policies.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and preventive health measures.
• Uphold quality, safety, and infection‑control standards to foster a positive care environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Valid DOH (Department of Health) license as a Registered Nurse or eligibility to obtain one.
• 2‑3 years of experience in an Emergency Department.
• Proven leadership or team‑lead experience.
• Strong critical‑thinking and decision‑making abilities under pressure.

Required skills

• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification (advantage).
• Medication administration.
• Emergency equipment management.
