About the role
The position supports the compliance department in implementing AML, FATCA and CRS procedures for Orient Insurance, a subsidiary of Al-Futtaim. It is aimed at UAE nationals with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review and validate FATCA and CRS self‑certification forms and KYC documentation.
- Perform due‑diligence on clients to determine FATCA & CRS status and ensure tax residency information is complete.
- Assist in developing and implementing AML, FATCA & CRS policies and procedures.
- Coordinate internally and externally to obtain required KYC and tax information for onboarding and ongoing compliance.
- Maintain accurate records of AML, FATCA & CRS documentation and prepare regulatory reports.
Required profile
- UAE national with a family book.
- 1‑2 years of AML, FATCA & CRS compliance experience in insurance, banking or financial services in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, business administration, finance or related field.
- Preferred certifications: CAMS, ICA or equivalent.
