About the role

Join Johnson Controls' Emirati Engineering Program, a two‑year fast‑track initiative designed to develop future engineering leaders in the UAE and the wider MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Complete six rotational assignments covering Installation & Service Operations and Technical Sales.
• Interpret engineering drawings, schematics and specifications to install, calibrate and maintain building systems.
• Diagnose technical issues, perform routine maintenance and support customers with clear technical solutions.
• Engage with clients, present product benefits, and contribute to sales negotiations and market analysis.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Sustainability Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication, organizational skills and ability to work in diverse teams.
• Previous internship in a related engineering or technical sales role is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
