About the role

Crescent Petroleum is inviting Emirati graduates and professionals to join its Emiratization program across several functional areas, including supply chain, exploration & production, process engineering, finance, and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement, logistics and vendor management to ensure efficiency and resilience.
• Participate in upstream activities such as geological studies, drilling, reservoir management and production operations.
• Assist in optimizing operational processes for safe and sustainable energy production.
• Contribute to financial planning, reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions.
