Emiratization Manager – Process & Compliance (P&C)

About the role

The Manager of Process & Compliance will support the Head of P&C in leading ERP implementations and enhancements across UAE and overseas automotive businesses. The role focuses on driving efficiency, standardisation, automation and ensuring governance through data analytics and internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Finance Lead for ERP implementation and enhancements, promoting standardisation and automation.
• Support digital transformation initiatives to enable process automation and data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure consistent automotive processes across business units and integration with financial books.
• Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows and share best practices across units.
• Develop and execute a process optimisation and compliance strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures and exception‑management dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
• 2‑4 years of experience supporting SAP or other ERP processes, preferably in automotive or retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
