Employability and Career Services Officer/Advisor

About the role

Abu Dhabi University is looking for a proactive, student‑focused professional to join its Career Services team. The role is central to enhancing student employability through internship coordination, on‑campus employment management, and strong employer partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the university’s internship programme and on‑campus student employment processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external employers to create placement and recruitment opportunities.
• Deliver career development workshops, CV writing sessions, interview preparation, and workplace readiness training.
• Support the planning and execution of career fairs, employer engagement events, and recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Strong communication, collaboration and organisational abilities.
• Experience in higher‑education employability services, career counselling or employer engagement.
• Relevant educational background and proven ability to align career initiatives with institutional goals.
