Employee Experience Manager

About the role

Al Tamimi & Company is looking for an engaging, service‑oriented Employee Experience Manager to join its HR team in the United Arab Emirates. You will own the end‑to‑end employee journey, ensuring that onboarding, development, and off‑boarding processes are efficient, compliant and delivered with a strong focus on service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Oversee HR operations to guarantee compliance with UAE/GCC labour laws.
• Partner with business stakeholders and HR colleagues to drive process improvements and operational excellence.
• Manage and develop a small team responsible for employee experience initiatives.
• Monitor and report on employee engagement metrics and recommend actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 5‑10 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Operations, employee experience or lifecycle management.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
• Arabic language skills are preferred but not mandatory.
• CIPD or equivalent HR certification is advantageous.
