Employee Relations Specialist – Corporate Services

About the role

The Employee Relations Specialist supports Al-Futtaim Technologies by managing employee‑relations processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labour law and fostering a fair, ethical workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the escalation process and provide guidance on employee‑relations matters.
• Manage the Speak Up channels, investigate and track ER cases in line with company policies and local law.
• Develop, maintain and communicate ER policies, the policy framework and awareness programmes.
• Conduct investigations, mediate conflicts and recommend corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Act as a translator during grievance or appeal hearings and support business‑ethics training.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in employee relations or HR.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and ER best practices.
• Proven ability to conduct impartial investigations and handle confidential matters.
• Excellent communication and mediation skills.
