Engineering Manager (PMC)

About the role

The Engineering Manager will lead multidisciplinary engineering activities for an onshore PMC project, ensuring safe, efficient delivery that meets client specifications, international standards and project objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee engineering deliverables across FEED, detailed engineering and EPC phases for Early Production Facilities (EPF) and upstream oil & gas projects.
• Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, international standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of engineering experience in the oil & gas industry.
• At least 10 years in engineering management or lead engineering roles within a PMC environment.
• Hands‑on experience with EPF, FEED, detailed engineering and EPC phases on large greenfield and brownfield projects.
• Experience with ADNOC or other major Middle East operators is highly preferred.
