About the role
The Engineering Technical Control Coordinator will plan and execute administration functions related to leave distribution and manpower deployment, ensuring optimal resource utilisation for 24‑hour shift operations while maintaining high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute administration functions concerning leave distribution and manpower resources.
- Ensure optimal utilisation of resources to cover 24‑hour shift operations.
- Maintain effective quality service delivery in adherence to SOPs.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- At least 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Experience in an administration environment, preferably in a similar capacity.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
- Familiarity with company systems TER and ROS.
- Knowledge of Resource Management Systems.
- Understanding of Base Maintenance activities.
