English Language Teacher (Female) – K‑12

About the role

We are seeking a native‑English speaking female teacher to deliver English language instruction to students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 across our UAE campuses. The position follows either the AP or IB curriculum, depending on the school location.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess English lessons in line with AP/IB standards.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of K‑12 learners.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Collaborate with department heads and participate in curriculum development.
• For coordinators, oversee subject teams and manage additional administrative duties.

Required profile

• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related subject plus a teaching license, or a postgraduate education degree with a subject specialty.
• For Kindergarten and primary levels, a Bachelor’s degree in Education is required.
• Minimum two years of post‑graduate teaching experience in the relevant grade range.
• Ability to provide professional references; teaching license preferred.

• Fixed‑term contract of 2–3 years, Monday‑Friday schedule.
• Monthly salary of 12,500–21,000 AED, based on experience and credentials.
