English to Arabic Translator – AI Trainer

About the role
We are seeking a fluent English‑to‑Arabic translator to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will interact with the bots in both languages, assess their logical flow, and create new conversational scenarios to improve model performance.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct live conversations with AI chatbots in English and Arabic to gauge progress.
- Write and edit novel dialogue scripts that teach the bots appropriate responses.
- Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall quality.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to refine model logic and performance.
Required profile
- Fluency in both English and Arabic.
- Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- Preferably holding a current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory).
Required skills
- Strong bilingual writing and editing abilities.
