About the role
We are seeking an English Voice Coach to work remotely on a part‑time basis. You will help train next‑generation AI systems by evaluating and improving voice performances, accents, and regional dialects.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and assess AI‑generated voice outputs for accuracy, authenticity, and expressiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on a wide range of English accents and regional dialects.
- Collaborate with AI developers and product designers to refine voice synthesis algorithms and training data.
- Develop and document best practices for pronunciation, modulation, and emotional delivery.
- Coach AI systems by delivering real‑time feedback and targeted improvement strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in voice coaching, dialect instruction, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, constructive feedback.
- Solid knowledge of linguistics, including phonetics, phonology, and syntax.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with AI and machine‑learning concepts or willingness to learn.
