ENT Specialist

About the role

A leading hospital in Dubai is looking for an experienced ENT Specialist to join its medical team. The successful candidate provides comprehensive ear, nose and throat care, including diagnosis, treatment and surgical management of ENT conditions, and needs strong clinical expertise and surgical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of ear, nose and throat conditions, including sinus and upper respiratory tract issues.
• Perform ENT examinations, develop treatment plans and carry out ENT surgical procedures.
• Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care, and monitor patient progress and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other specialists and maintain accurate patient records.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, patient safety standards and healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with a recognised postgraduate qualification in ENT / Otorhinolaryngology.
• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant clinical experience.
• DHA/DOH/MOH/SHA license or DHA eligibility; India nationality preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proven experience performing ENT surgeries and strong surgical expertise.
• Experience diagnosing and managing a wide range of ENT conditions.
• Good clinical and surgical decision-making skills.
