Enterprise Field Sales Representative, Public Sector

About the role

Google Cloud is looking for an experienced Enterprise Field Sales Representative to lead public‑sector engagements across the United Arab Emirates. You will act as a strategic partner for government, municipal and education customers, helping them adopt Google Cloud solutions that drive digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan for public‑sector accounts, targeting new logos and expanding existing relationships.
• Own the full sales cycle – pipeline management, forecasting, reporting and commercial negotiations.
• Deliver consultative selling engagements, qualify leads and present tailored value propositions.
• Structure complex, multi‑year deals and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering and partner teams to co‑sell and close opportunities.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and manage P&L responsibilities for the assigned portfolio.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 10 years of quota‑carrying experience in cloud or B2B software sales, preferably within the public sector.
• Proven track record managing end‑to‑end sales cycles and negotiating large, multi‑year contracts.
• Strong experience working with government, municipal or education entities in the UAE.
• Demonstrated business and financial acumen, including accurate forecasting.
