Entertainment Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an Entertainment Manager to lead and develop daily entertainment programmes for our luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. The role combines creative programme design, team leadership and guest interaction to deliver memorable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily entertainment programmes.
• Supervise, motivate, and schedule entertainers and support staff.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to achieve entertainment objectives.
• Engage with guests to promote activities, gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, food hygiene and all relevant regulations.
• Promote sustainable practices and align with the hotel’s ESG and CSR goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality or Entertainment Management.
• Proven experience managing entertainment teams in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong creative thinking and communication abilities.
• Experience in budget and resource management.
• Commitment to sustainability, compliance and food safety standards.
