E‑Retail Manager

About the role

The E‑Retail Manager will lead the marketing strategy and activation for pure‑player e‑retail partners, ensuring strong alignment with brand calendars and regional priorities. This role drives visibility, media performance and commercial growth across online beauty platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute pure‑player marketing strategies, owning the end‑to‑end online activation calendar.
• Negotiate high‑impact exposure packages and manage e‑retail media campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Ensure digital‑shelf excellence, overseeing product page content, imagery and brand environments.
• Secure priority launches and exclusivity moments, coordinating 360° launch strategies with brands.
• Manage commercial fundamentals including forecasts, orders, promotional plans and trade budgets.
• Track sell‑out and marketing KPIs, providing performance reports and data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 5‑6 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or key account roles, preferably in beauty or luxury.
• Proven track record of driving sell‑out through media, visibility and activation strategies.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
