ERP Implementer / ERP Functional Consultant

About the role

Frontline Information Technology is urgently seeking an experienced ERP Implementer / ERP Functional Consultant based in Operations Dubai, UAE, on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience implementing and managing ERP, HRMS or CAFM projects in contracting domains from a vendor's perspective, with strong leadership, technical understanding and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage ERP, HRMS and CAFM projects in contracting domains from a vendor's perspective
• Test Finance and HRMS modules, ensuring system accuracy, data integrity and correct business logic across accounting and HR workflows
• Study requirements, prepare documentation and deliver end-user training
• Prepare functional specification documents and coordinate with technical teams
• Deliver client demonstrations and product training

Required profile

• 5-9 years of experience in IT, ERP or software consultancy
• Background in software development or consultancy environments; software development background is essential
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft SQL experience (mandatory)
• Preferred: knowledge of project accounting, timesheets and non-trading products
• Preferred: exposure to software quality testing
