ERP Technical Consultant – PaaS/SaaS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Consultant to design, develop, integrate and support Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications across HCM, Finance and Supply Chain modules. The role focuses on delivering technical solutions on Oracle PaaS/SaaS platforms, handling integrations, reporting, data migration and post‑implementation support.

Key responsibilities

• Implement, enhance and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications.
• Design and deliver technical solutions for HCM, Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, REST, SOAP, WSDL and related web services.
• Create reports, dashboards and analytics with BI Publisher, OTBI and other reporting tools.
• Support customisations and extensions via Visual Builder Cloud Service, Process Cloud Service, Application Composer, DBCS and ATP.
• Assist with data migration, validation and loading using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL and HSDL.
• Gather technical requirements, translate them into specifications and ensure scalable ERP solutions.
• Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, go‑live and post‑implementation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, reports, workflows, customisations and system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, design documents, test scripts, deployment guides and user manuals.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an ERP/Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP across HCM, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Proven expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle PaaS/SaaS services.
• Experience delivering integrations, customisations and data migration projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively with functional consultants, vendors and business stakeholders.
