About the role
Careers International is recruiting an Estimation Engineer in Dubai for a full-time position in the manufacturing sector. The engineer studies tender documents, drawings and specifications for aluminium and glass scopes, prepares cost estimates and BOQs, and coordinates with design and procurement to finalise quotations.
Key responsibilities
- Study tender documents, drawings and specifications for aluminium and glass scope
- Prepare accurate cost estimations and BOQs
- Source material prices and sub-contracting quotations
- Coordinate with design and procurement departments to finalise quotations
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals
Required profile
- Engineering background (Civil or Mechanical preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in estimation for façade or aluminium fabrication projects
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Required skills
- Excellent MS Excel
- AutoCAD
- Pricing software
