European Property Advisor – Dubai

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its multinational team and seeks an experienced European Property Advisor to join its Dubai operation. The role focuses on building strong relationships with international clients and driving sales in the competitive UAE real‑estate market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and nurture high‑net‑worth clients from Europe and other regions.
• Present and market luxury residential and commercial properties in Dubai.
• Negotiate offers, prepare contracts and ensure smooth transaction closure.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects using provided leads and marketing tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams for telesales, content creation and client support.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate or luxury sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Fluency in at least one European language (e.g., French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese).
