Event Coordinator & Floral Design Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and creative Event Coordinator with a strong background in floral design to join our events team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing weddings, corporate functions and exhibitions from concept through execution while leading the design and styling of all floral and décor elements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute weddings, corporate events, private functions and exhibitions.
• Manage each event from initial concept through setup, execution and dismantling.
• Develop creative floral concepts aligned with event themes, seasons and client briefs.
• Design and create floral arrangements, bouquets, centrepieces, arches, backdrops and installations.
• Meet clients, understand requirements, present concepts and prepare proposals and quotations.
• Lead and brief event and floral teams during preparation and execution.
• Coordinate with venues, caterers, suppliers and external service providers.
• Source flowers and décor materials, negotiate pricing and manage budgets.
• Ensure quality, freshness, presentation and safety of all floral and décor elements.
• Deliver events on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven experience in event management, floral design or wedding décor.
• Strong knowledge of flowers, seasonality, care, preservation and current styling trends.
• Diploma or degree in Event Management, Floral Design, Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
• UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent client management, communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organisational, budgeting and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Portfolio of previous floral/event work required.
