About the role

Monarca is seeking an Event Manager to transform concepts into meticulously executed experiences. The role involves overseeing the full event lifecycle, from ideation to post‑event analysis, ensuring each event reflects Monarca’s vision and commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original event concepts and strategies aligned with Monarca’s objectives.
• Manage the complete event lifecycle, including timelines, budgets, vendor negotiations, and logistics.
• Oversee on‑site execution, coordinate vendors, troubleshoot issues in real time, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Create thoughtful touchpoints throughout the event journey to enhance attendee satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners, providing updates and gathering feedback.
• Prepare and monitor event budgets, track metrics, and produce post‑event analysis reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in event management or a related field.
• Ability to develop original concepts that align with brand objectives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to remain composed, adapt to unexpected changes, and work under pressure.
• Analytical mindset for evaluating event performance and incorporating learnings.
