About the role
Odoo MENA is looking for a proactive Event Officer to lead the organization of Odoo Roadshows and third‑party events across the MENA & CA region. You will manage every stage of event execution, from venue selection to post‑event evaluation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop compelling content for event pages, mass emails and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and resources.
- Source suitable venues and negotiate contracts.
- Lead marketing campaigns to drive attendance and engagement.
Required profile
- Exceptional written and spoken English and Turkish.
- Passion for software products.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Highly creative, autonomous and 0‑2 years of experience.
