About the role
Class Act Middle East is looking for a full-time Event Producer based in Abu Dhabi to lead end-to-end production of large-scale events across the UAE and the region, including government summits, national celebrations and corporate functions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full event production lifecycle, from brief to post-event wrap
- Coordinate with creative, technical and logistics teams on the ground
- Liaise with government and corporate clients throughout delivery
- Oversee budgets, timelines and vendor management
- Ensure health, safety and protocol standards are met at all times
Required profile
- 5+ years of event production experience, ideally in the Middle East
- Proven track record on large-scale government or corporate events
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
