About the role
You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. The Event Sales Executive assists operationally and administratively to achieve the department's revenue targets and plans, organizes and delivers proposals that win events business for Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek Heights.
Key responsibilities
- Provide consistent, high‑quality service to customers.
- Support operational and administrative tasks to meet revenue goals.
- Plan, organize and deliver compelling event proposals.
- Contribute to achieving the department’s pre‑determined revenue targets.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel operations.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 is an advantage.
