Executive Advisor (Stakeholder Management)

About the role

ADNOC is looking for an Executive Advisor to lead stakeholder management for its upstream growth strategy. The role works closely with senior executives, providing strategic counsel on production, field development and concession management while protecting the long‑term interests of ADNOC and the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice on upstream production, asset development and concession management.
• Build and maintain relationships with International Oil Companies, National Oil Companies, shareholders and government entities.
• Support high‑level negotiations, governance initiatives and the formation of strategic partnerships.
• Align stakeholders to ensure delivery of production targets and concession commitments.
• Represent ADNOC in executive forums, technical committees and strategic engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex business environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management capabilities.

Required skills

• Strong expertise in production operations, field development and asset management.
• Extensive stakeholder engagement experience.
