Executive Assistant

About the role

Join the Executive Office Team of FIVE Hotels and Resorts as an Executive Assistant, supporting C‑Suite executives in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment. You will ensure seamless daily operations, coordinate high‑volume schedules, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain precise daily schedules for C‑Suite executives, avoiding overlaps and conflicts.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, client appointments, business reviews, and team events.
• Organise travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders on behalf of executives.
• Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, emails, reports, and presentations.
• Prepare agendas, briefings, and documents ahead of meetings.
• Record minutes, track action items, and ensure follow‑ups are completed.
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as an Executive Assistant in Dubai with a luxury hospitality brand or similar high‑volume environment.
• Previous experience supporting a CFO is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• C‑Suite experience and willingness to travel.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset with a proactive, ‘can‑do’ attitude.
