Executive Assistant – Operations & Analysis (Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Assistant – Operations & Analysis to support the Vice President of a leading hospitality group in Dubai. The role combines high‑level executive assistance with analytical and project coordination responsibilities across a regional portfolio of properties.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the VP’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements and related logistics.
• Prepare briefing materials, presentations and meeting packs for executive discussions, property visits and stakeholder engagements.
• Track and follow up on actions from meetings, operational reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate regional operational reviews, monitor action‑item closure and support property visits.
• Analyse operational and financial data, develop dashboards, reports and executive summaries.
• Support business plan, budget and CapEx review processes with insights and recommendations.
• Assist in planning and execution of strategic projects, including renovations, pre‑openings and brand compliance.
• Maintain project documentation, governance reports and risk/issue logs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field (MBA advantageous).
• 2–4 years of experience in hospitality operations, consulting, business analysis, executive support or multi‑property environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
