Executive Director – Private Banker (International Private Bank)

About the role

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Executive Director to lead private banking activities in the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on acquiring and retaining ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients while delivering comprehensive wealth management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new UHNW clients across the UAE.
• Sell and implement investment, banking, and trust/estate products for core clients.
• Coordinate specialists (Investor, Capital Advisor, Trust and Estate Advisor, Wealth Advisor) to address complex client needs.
• Maintain complete client profiles and ensure compliance with J.P. Morgan risk policies.
• Build trust, manage relationships, and align solutions with client goals.

Required profile

• Significant private banking experience with UHNW individuals and families.
• Proven business development and sales success, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong relationship‑management and team‑building abilities.
• Emirati male nationals must have completed or have no obligatory military service.
• Deep understanding of investments, banking, and trust concepts.
