Executive – Handover Operations (Real Estate)

About the role

The Executive – Handover Operations role is responsible for delivering a seamless key handover experience for customers of Dubai Holding Real Estate. You will act as the main point of contact, ensuring high‑quality service, accurate documentation and timely resolution of any issues during the transition into new properties.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer complaints and queries received via walk‑ins, fax, letters or email, adhering to Service Level Agreements.
• Conduct research and collaborate with internal departments to provide informed recommendations and clarify life‑cycle policies.
• Perform pre‑handover checks to confirm units are ready, contact customers one day before the appointment and verify required documents.
• Plan and execute the physical handover of keys, escort customers to their units and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of handover activities and follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in customer‑facing roles within real‑estate or property management.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve issues within defined timelines.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property management software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
